    Private Coaching: $150 each hour

    This confidential one-on-one phone coaching is a private, non-threatening way for you to address specific challenges. Ask your most pressing questions about cold calling executives and/or the sales process--and I'll answer them.

  • TELEPHONE CONSULTING
    Telephone Consulting: $600 each hour

    Private telephone consulting is available, under certain conditions, Ms. Buterin's schedule permitting. In most cases, it is offered either in follow-up to at least one day of in-person consultation and/or to private clients with whom Ms. Buterin has an on-going working relationship. Only in a rare and special circumstance will Telephone Consulting be provided by the hour without a full in-person taking place.

  • 1-2 DAY CONSULTING
    In Kansas City: $4,750
    Outside Kansas City: $5,500
    Two Days: $8,700 (an $800.00 savings form the individual in Kansas City per day consulting fee.)

    • One day (approximately 9/9:30 to 4:30/5:00) plus preliminary review of submitted materials. This is a closed door, private consultation with Ms. Buterin and you. And at your option your associates or employees. Your agenda of issues and questions are discussed.

    • Special 2-Day Consulting Makeover for scheduling executive-level sales calls. In order to totally and comprehensively review every aspect of a client's approach to scheduling executive-level sales calls: current training, support systems, tools to produce results, sales direction, and so forth and to "brainstorm" in a very relaxed way, Ms. Buterin offers a 2-Day schedule in Kansas City.

    The agenda follows:
    1st Day:
    • Private consulting from 9AM to 12:30 PM
    • Lunch
    • Free time for the client from approximately 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM
    • Social dinner (possibly with additional appropriate guests invited by Ms. Buterin)

    2nd Day:
    • Free morning
    • Lunch from 12:00PM to 1:30 PM
    • Private consulting from 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM

    Ms. Buterin will use the morning of the 2nd day to pull materials from her files and archives, get it copied, and provide client with relevant resources and reference materials to take home based on the first day's consulting. This a an opportunity to discuss your business in a relaxed way, take breaks to relax and to think.

    Depending on your interest, guests may join you and Ms. Buterin for dinner or lunch. If appropriate one or more brief teleconferences may be arranged with other experts.

    In preparation for the 2-day, Ms. Buterin will consult with you by phone for up to one hour, review materials and you may be asked to complete a questionnaire. A very limited number of these 2-days are available during the year.

  • RETAINER ARRANGEMENTS
    A few clients enter into long-term agreements with monthly retainers for agreed upon access, critiques, phone consulting and other specified assistance. Inquiries invited.

  • ½ DAY OF ON SITE TRAINING
    Your Investment: $5,500

    One-half day means three hours of training for sales professionals, or sales executives. Sales professionals focus on learning the "how to" of reaching the executives of their prospect companies. The session for sales executives identifies the components for transitioning you current sales culture into a Tog Dog selling culture.

    While the focus of each program differs, each session covers the psychological barriers to success in executive-level sales, how to break those barriers, and tools for successfully scheduling executive-level sales calls are made available.

    Surcharge for comprehensive customization of presentation/preparation: $1,500.

    Ms. Buterin is available for speaking/seminar presentations, from 90 minutes to 3 hours. Her standard, most popular presentations are Reach the Top Dog, getting to the million-dollar decision-makers; and Making the Transition to a Top Dog Selling Culture.

    Each presentation is slightly adapted for the individual client group and includes a pre-program questionnaire, written analysis of that questionnaire, 2 hours of pre-program conference call time.

Her presentation includes a brief "commercial" explanation of the available materials, and a break IMMEDIATELY following her presentation is required to facilitate audience purchases of these materials. All materials are sold with a specific, unconditional, money-back, satisfaction-guarantee.

    In many cases the client corporation or organization will qualify for a confidential rebate of a percentage of such on-site sales, ranging from 10% to as much as 50% depending on size and nature of audience. And, in many cases, this rebate off sets a substantial portion of all of Ms. Buterin's fees, essentially making her "free" to the client.

    Additional note regarding fees for schedule services, including speaking and consulting engagements: 50% of fee(s) is required a time of booking to confirm the date, and is a NON-refundable deposit, forfeited if client changes or cancels date. Balance plus pre-billed travel is required two weeks before our scheduled dates.

    A Corporate Discount of 10% will be deducted from total fee, except travel, hotel & shipping if entire bill is paid at the time of booking the dates, i.e. within two weeks of signed agreement. Unless instructed otherwise all checks should be payable to Top Dog Consulting, Inc.
