    Critiques of actual prospecting telephone calls that have been made to schedule Top Dog sales calls are available. Client provides a written transcription of the telephone calls that are to be critiqued. The transcript is in a "he said-she said" format. As best as you can record the words you said and the words of your client/prospect during your time together on the telephone.

    Then a written analysis of your transcript will be provided to you. Leslie reviews each one of these and responds to them personally-with the goal of your repeated success in reaching Top Dogs.

SERVICES: BY TELEPHONE
  • HOURLY PRIVATE COACHING
    Private Coaching: $600 each hour

    This confidential one-on-one phone coaching is a private, non-threatening way for sales professionals to address specific challenges with scheduling Top Dog sales calls.

    Topics of conversation range from calming fears that are holding you back, to rehearsing of objections and overturns, to fine tuning your scripted calls, to reviewing successes and failures. The goal of these coaching calls is to help you "fail forward" and to build skills for your repeatable success in getting to million-dollar decision-makers.

  • TELEPHONE CONSULTING
    Telephone Consulting: $600 each hour

    Private telephone consulting is available, under certain conditions, Ms. Buterin's schedule permitting. In most cases, it is offered either in follow-up to at least one day of in-person consultation and/or to private clients with whom Ms. Buterin has an on-going working relationship. Only in a rare and special circumstance will Telephone Consulting be provided by the hour without a full in-person taking place.

SERVICES: IN PERSON

  • 1-2 DAY CONSULTING
    In Kansas City: $4,750
    Outside Kansas City: $5,500
    Two Days: $8,700 (an $800.00 savings form the individual in Kansas City per day consulting fee.)

    • One day (approximately 9/9:30 to 4:30/5:00) plus preliminary review of submitted materials. This is a closed door, private consultation with Ms. Buterin, you and at your option your associates or employees. Your agenda of issues and questions are discussed.

    • Special 2-Day Makeover for scheduling executive-level sales calls. In order to totally and comprehensively review every aspect of a your approach to scheduling executive-level sales calls: current training, support systems, tools to produce results, sales direction, and so forth and to "brainstorm" in a very relaxed way, Ms. Buterin offers a 2-day schedule in Kansas City.

    The agenda follows:
    1st Day:
    • Private consulting from 9AM to 12:30 PM
    • Lunch
    • Free time for the client from approximately 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM
    • Social dinner (possibly with additional appropriate guests invited by Ms. Buterin)

    2nd Day:
    • Free morning
    • Lunch from 12:00PM to 1:30 PM
    • Private consulting from 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM

    Ms. Buterin will use the morning of the 2nd day to pull materials from her files and archives, get it copied, and provide you with relevant resources and reference materials to take home based on the first day's consulting. This is an opportunity to discuss your business in a relaxed way, take breaks and to think.

    Depending on your interest, guests may join you and Ms. Buterin for dinner or lunch. If appropriate one or more brief teleconferences may be arranged with other experts.

    In preparation for the 2-day, Ms. Buterin will consult with you by phone for up to one hour, review materials and you may be asked to complete a questionnaire. A very limited number of these 2-days are available during the year.

  • RETAINER ARRANGEMENTS
    A few clients enter into long-term agreements with monthly retainers for agreed upon access, critiques, phone consulting and other specified assistance. Inquiries invited.
